Sr. IT Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives. This includes assessing current and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, as well as ensuring that IT infrastructure and systems are optimized for performance and efficiency. You will also be in charge of managing the IT budget, negotiating contracts with vendors, and supervising and mentoring IT staff to build a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives - Assess current and emerging technologies for improvement and innovation - Optimize IT infrastructure and systems for performance and efficiency - Manage the IT budget for cost-effectiveness and resource allocation - Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing guidance and support - Implement and maintain robust security measures for data and system protection - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects - Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors - Communicate IT matters effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences - Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet their needs Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications are often preferred) - Extensive experience in IT management with a proven track record of success - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software, networks, and security - Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues - Understanding of business operations and how IT can support them Additional Details: The job type is full-time with benefits including a flexible schedule and Provident Fund.
