Finpower Aircon System Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of air conditioning and HVAC solutions, committed to innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Executive / HR Manager to strengthen our HR operations and support our growing workforce in Mangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
• Payroll & Compliance: Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
• Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and support professional development programs.
• HR Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs.
• HR Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or HVAC industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
