Sr. HR Executive

Role Overview: As the HR Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of human resource operations within the company. You will play a crucial role in recruitment, employee relations, legal compliance, training and development, performance management, workplace culture, and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Develop job descriptions, source and interview candidates, and manage the hiring and onboarding process. - Act as a liaison between employees and management, and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances. - Ensure the organization adheres to all labor laws, regulations, and policies. - Design and implement training programs to support employee professional growth. - Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide feedback and guidance. - Foster a positive work environment and ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and handle sensitive information discreetly. - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, records, and projects efficiently. - Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions. - Adaptability to keep up with changing laws, technologies, and business needs. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
