Sr. HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive at our company, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the human resources department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding new hires. - Handling employee engagement activities and effectively resolving any grievances that may arise. - Overseeing performance appraisal processes to ensure fair and consistent evaluations. - Maintaining HR records accurately and generating reports as needed. - Coordinating and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Supporting in policy formulation and implementation to align with company objectives. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. - Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations to ensure compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software for efficient HR management. - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively to handle various HR responsibilities. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and an MBA in HR or equivalent, along with at least 10+ years of experience in HR field.
