Job Description

Job Summary

The Senior HR is responsible for managing and overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR operations and alignment with company goals.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Management

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to senior positions).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and field staff tracking systems (e.g., SEFMED Pharma).
  • Coordinate payroll processing with accounts team.
  • Ensure timely PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory compliance.

Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist management in setting KPIs and targets.
  • Support training and development initiatives.

Policy & Compliance

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Handle audits and inspections related to HR.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
  • Track attrition, hiring metrics, and employee performance data.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, PF & ESIC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team-handling ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
  • 2– 4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Experience in manufacturing / pharma / medical device industry preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
