We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Executive / HR Manager to strengthen our HR operations and support our growing workforce in Mangalore. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and engagement initiatives. Payroll & Compliance: Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and ensure statutory compliance with labor laws. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and support professional development programs. HR Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies align with industry best practices and legal requirements. Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs. HR Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
