We are an Advanced Partner with AWS, delivering custom software, SaaS products, and enterprise solutions. Our product suite includes HRMS, eCommerce platforms, field management applications, CRM, and ERP systems. We cater to small, medium, and large enterprises across industries such as healthcare, logistics, banking, real estate, and migration services.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Python + React) who can own end-to-end product development and contribute across multiple projects. The first assignment will be to build a strong KPIs with existing team and projects. Have to work committed to bring multiple products to the market, Should be capable and confident take the ownership of the existing team and projests as a Team lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications using Python (Django/FastAPI) and React.js.
• Architect scalable microservices and REST APIs, integrating with third-party services such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, sprint execution, and client communication to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Develop responsive and intuitive UI/UX components for web dashboards, mobile interfaces, and digital signage platforms.
• Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of applications with proper documentation and code reviews.
• Design and optimize database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and manage data flow across distributed systems.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS/GCP/Azure, with strong knowledge of DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Integrate applications with IoT and hardware devices such as tablets, kiosks, and digital signage systems.
• Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain high reliability.
• Stay updated with modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, and best practices for continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.• Strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend development.• Solid experience with React.js (and related libraries like Redux/Next.js)for frontend.• Strong understanding of RESTful API design & integration.• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.• Knowledge of DevOps / cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).• Familiarity with authentication (OAuth2, SSO, JWT) and security best practices.• Good knowledge of UI/UX principles for clean, user-friendly designs.• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with calendar integrations (Microsoft Graph, Google Calendar API).• Knowledge of WebSockets/real-time applications.• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.• Exposure to IoT / device integration (digital signage, kiosk apps, Android/iOS).• Prior work in enterprise SaaS platforms or HRMS/ERP applications.
