Job Title: AI Chatbot Developer (LLM Specialist) Location: Kochi Experience: 3-4 years Employment Type: Full-time, On-site/Hybrid Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and fine-tune advanced chatbot solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, AI model development, and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., Llama models) Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and WebRTC is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy advanced chatbot systems powered by LLMs - Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (e.g., Llama models) to meet specific business requirements. - Implement - Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance chatbot performance and contextual relevance. - Integrate chatbot solutions with external APIs and frameworks like LangChain. - Utilize WebRTC for real-time communication and interactive chatbot experiences. - Optimize chatbot models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on chatbots and LLMs. - Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks. - Hands-on experience in fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., Llama models) - Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques. - Familiarity with LangChain for chatbot and AI pipeline development. - Experience with WebRTC for real-time AI interactions (preferred). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize AI models for real-world applications. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models for enhanced AI retrieval. - Previous experience in NLP, conversational AI, or chatbot development.
