Job Title: Virtual Reality (VR) / Mixed Reality (MR) DeveloperLocation: Kochi Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative VR/MR Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize immersive experiences across virtual and mixed reality platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about cutting-edge technology, has strong Unity or Unreal Engine experience, and is comfortable working in cross-functional teams to bring interactive experiences to life.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop immersive applications and simulations using VR/MR technologies.Collaborate with designers, artists, and product managers to translate concepts into interactive prototypes and final products.Implement real-time 3D features using Unity Vuforia (C#) or Unreal Engine (Blueprints/C++).Integrate hardware APIs (Oculus, Quest, HoloLens, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, etc.) into applications.Optimize performance across multiple platforms (PC, standalone headsets, mobile AR/MR).Debug and troubleshoot technical issues in immersive environments.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in immersive technology and development.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience developing for VR/MR platforms.Proficient in Unity (C#) and/or Unreal Engine (C++).Strong understanding of 3D math, real-time rendering, and performance optimization.Experience with spatial tracking, gesture input, and physics-based interactions.Familiarity with device SDKs such as OpenXR, SteamVR, ARKit/ARCore, or Windows Mixed Reality.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with multiplayer or networked VR applications.Background in UX design for immersive experiences.Familiarity with shader programming (HLSL/GLSL).Previous work in simulation, training, healthcare, or industrial applications is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunity to work on pioneering immersive tech projects.Flexible working hours and remote options.A collaborative and supportive team environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.
