Our Edge CSB Bank RuPay credit card is getting a lot of love for it’s head-turning transparent design, not to mention it being a rewarding experience. Our No-Penalty SIP and Daily SIP at Rs 10/- has helped scale our investments business and we have over 100,000 users investing on our platform to fulfill their money aspirations. We've embraced cutting-edge technology, harnessed the power of data analytics, and assembled a diverse team of creative thinkers and industry experts who share our vision for a more accessible, transparent, and inclusive financial ecosystem. We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew. Role Overview This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of product, go-to-market, operations, and regulatory strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of Jupiter’s PPI wallet and its monetization strategy, including growth, revenue, compliance, partnerships, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Business Strategy & P&L Ownership Own and drive the PPI business — from vision to execution, including revenue targets, engagement metrics, and unit economics Define and evolve the value proposition of the PPI wallet and UPI stack (via TPAP) Craft and execute monetization strategies (interchange, float income, reward-led usage, partnerships) Product & Growth Alignment Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape and influence the PPI roadmap Identify and optimize high-conversion use cases (e.g. bill payments, recharges, small-ticket purchases) Own the user lifecycle funnel — from activation to repeat usage and retention Design and implement wallet-led reward mechanics to drive daily engagement Stakeholder & Partner Management Manage relationships with issuing bank partners, payment gateways, merchants, and NPCI Ensure all systems and flows remain compliant with RBI/NPCI regulations Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on product and operational workflows Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to drive wallet awareness and usage campaigns Performance & Insights Establish clear OKRs and build dashboards for real-time business tracking Lead experiments and A/B testing to optimize performance Monitor engagement, reward ROI, and wallet-specific revenue performance Partner with Analytics and Finance to enable data-driven decision-making Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in fintech, payments, or consumer tech, with strong exposure to business ownership and go-to-market functions Deep understanding of India’s PPI and UPI ecosystems — including regulatory frameworks, partner ecosystems, and competitive trends Proven track record of launching and scaling user-facing payment products Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive revenue through product strategy Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Risk, Ops, and Compliance teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making Why Jupiter Take end-to-end ownership of one of the most strategic charters at Jupiter Work in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment with rapid decision-making Collaborate directly with the leadership team to shape Jupiter’s payments roadmap Be part of building the next generation of user-first financial products in India Want to know more about us?
