Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to lead client acquisition, manage sales cycles, and build long-term business relationships. The Sr. BDM will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and account management. This role requires strong experience in B2B technology services/solutions, with the ability to position our offerings to CXO-level decision-makers globally. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in target geographies (US, UK, Middle East, Africa, APAC).

Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

Build trusted relationships with clients, from first contact through delivery and long-term account growth.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and ensure a smooth handoff to delivery teams.

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with marketing team to align campaigns with outreach and lead generation goals.

Collaborate with delivery/technical teams to create tailored proposals, SoWs, and RFP responses.

Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, market demands, and sales performance.

Support participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications & Skills

6–9 years of proven B2B sales and business development experience in IT services, software development, or enterprise solutions.

Strong network and experience selling into Banking/Finance, Insurance, or Technology sectors is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport with CXO-level decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with international outreach.

Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
