Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn, Coordinate resume collection and maintain applicant records and help in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Onboarding Assistance: Collect and verify joining documents (ID proof, certificates, payslips, etc.). Support the preparation and issuance of offer/appointment letters and assist in background verification processes. Employee Documentation: Maintain accurate intern and employee records in both physical and digital formats and update HR data in systems such as Google Sheets and Talentoz. Training Coordination: Help schedule training sessions and Record attendance and feedback for training programs.
