Sr. Business Development Manager

Digisoft Solution is looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager who can lead our online sales and drive growth through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.

Position: Business Development Manager
Experience: 6+ Years
Location: Mohali (On-site)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the complete sales cycle on Upwork and other platforms
• Manage bidding, client communication, and proposal strategy
• Build strong relationships with international clients
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Upwork (mandatory)
• Proven track record of winning projects and client handling
• Must have excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple accounts
