About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience who is passionate about sales, client communication, and generating business growth in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms like Upwork.
• Work on lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings or calls to understand business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred).
• Must have one year experience of Upwork
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.) is an added advantage.
