About Us:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our remote team. If you have a knack for identifying opportunities and winning projects on freelancing platforms, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
• Write compelling project proposals and tailor them to client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and close deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development/design/marketing) to ensure accurate project estimation and delivery planning.
• Maintain records of bids, client communications, and project progress.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive on freelancing platforms.
• Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be available to work evening shift as per requirement.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT / Web Development like: Python, django, php, wordpress, AI automation etc.
• Experience with CRM tools or project management software.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on results.
