Sr. Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the company's revenue goals. You will work closely with the CEO, taking direct ownership of the entire sales cycle. This includes lead qualification, nurturing leads, creating proposals, delivering sales presentations, and closing sales in target geographies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Business Development Executives and Inside Sales representatives - Providing training, mentorship, and management support to help team members achieve their individual and team targets - Developing a lead pipeline from scratch, which involves cold calling, acquiring new accounts, and growing sales in existing accounts - Ensuring that the CRM system is consistently updated - Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all the services offered by the company - Engaging in Strategic Market Planning, which includes developing business plans and sales strategies - Establishing strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and identifying new sales and business development opportunities Your qualifications should include: - Over 13 years of experience in End-to-End IT Services Sales & Business Development in the USA and Canada - Demonstrated expertise in team management - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate tasks effectively to meet deadlines - Strong negotiation skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and active listening ability Please note that this is a full-time position located in Pune.,
