Job Title: Senior Sales & Business Development Manager (SaaS / Marketing Agency / HoReCa) Location: Anushthan Idea Labs, East of Kailash, New Delhi Experience Required: 5-6 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: Anushthan Idea Labs is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales & Business Development Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in SaaS, marketing agency, or HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sales. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented professional who understands B2B landscapes, has experience in hospitality-driven or digital business environments, and can build strong, lasting client partnerships that drive measurable growth. This role is perfect for someone who can combine consultative selling, strategic planning, and market insight to identify opportunities, design impactful solutions, and lead conversions end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities in SaaS products, digital marketing services, and HoReCa partnerships. Build and nurture strong relationships with hotel groups, restaurant chains, F&B brands, and hospitality service providers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Lead the entire sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, and negotiations to deal closures. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and ensure smooth project execution. Maintain and update CRM pipelines, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales forecasts. Represent Anushthan Idea Labs at industry expos, hospitality events, and digital marketing forums to strengthen brand presence. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, marketing agency, or HoReCa segments.
