Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive (Direct Sales)
Location: IndoreExperience Required: 3–6 years in Direct Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients through direct sales efforts
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• Present products/services effectively to potential clients through meetings, calls, and demos
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals successfully
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates in CRM systems
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve sales effectiveness
• Mentor junior sales executives and support team performance when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in direct sales (B2B/B2C)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Target-oriented with a strong drive for results
• Excellent understanding of sales processes and closing techniques
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
