About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and work closely with the core team to manage and deliver client projects end-to-end. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and clients, ensuring timelines are met, our quality benchmarks are met, and communication flows seamlessly. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and takes ownership from day 1. What You’ll Do Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering multiple internal and client projects across AI, brand strategy, product design, and commerce. Coordinate between design, tech, data and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution. Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies and budget adherence. Support senior team members in developing solutions and strategies. Keep project documentation, checklists, and decision logs updated. Track feedback loops and ensure changes are implemented accurately. Prepare reports, presentations and updates for internal and client reviews. Participate in client meetings and presentations; take notes and follow up on action items Flag risks or delays proactively and work with teams to resolve them. Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to support strategy development for client projects and new internal initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management (SaaS product firm or agency or consulting environment preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Digital Transformation, Business, or related fields. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. Comfortable working with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar). A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
