About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and work closely with the core team to manage and deliver client projects end-to-end. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and clients, ensuring timelines are met, our quality benchmarks are met, and communication flows seamlessly.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and takes ownership from day 1.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering multiple internal and client projects across AI, brand strategy, product design, and commerce.
• Coordinate between design, tech, data and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies and budget adherence.
• Support senior team members in developing solutions and strategies.
• Keep project documentation, checklists, and decision logs updated.
• Track feedback loops and ensure changes are implemented accurately.
• Prepare reports, presentations and updates for internal and client reviews.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations; take notes and follow up on action items
• Flag risks or delays proactively and work with teams to resolve them.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to support strategy development for client projects and new internal initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management (SaaS product firm or agency or consulting environment preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Digital Transformation, Business, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
