Marketing and Content Intern (4-month internship, On-site – Bandra, Mumbai)
About The Opportunity
This is a 4-month, on-site (Bandra, Mumbai) internship for an early-career Marketing & Content professional joining a high-cadence team. You will work closely with founders, designers, engineers, and product teams to understand our solutions, products, and services — and translate them into powerful marketing campaigns and content.We are looking for candidates who can think creatively and strategically: someone who can conceptualize content ideas, script, shoot, and edit them — while also contributing to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, and is comfortable taking ownership from day one.Role & Responsibilities
- Deeply understand U.Labs’ solutions, products, and services to inform all marketing initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for internal brands and client projects.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts, write value-rich blogs, engage with communities, and monitor brand conversations.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit social-first content (short-form videos, reels, graphics, etc.).
- Collaborate with design, strategy, engineering, and project teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to shape content strategy and positioning.
- Assist in developing content briefs, editorial calendars, and brand storytelling frameworks.
- Track and report on content performance, engagement rates, and campaign KPIs using analytics tools.
- Coordinate content reviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely delivery of assets across multiple workstreams.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying content gaps, optimization opportunities, and innovative formats.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and storytelling.
- Proficiency in image and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into engaging content.
- (Big Bonus!) Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, design, or marketing automation.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
