Job Description

We are looking for a skilled South Indian DCDP to join our team at BHAIRAVGARM PALACE, with 2-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, including traditional South Indian cuisine.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring minimal waste and optimal utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Implement health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software and technology, such as point-of-sale systems.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying updated on culinary trends and best practices.
