Executive Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations, maintain exceptional food quality, and drive kitchen excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, team leadership, cost control, hygiene compliance, and delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across outlets and banquet kitchens
• Plan, design, and update menus ensuring quality, creativity, and profitability
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation
• Manage food cost, kitchen budgets, inventory, and wastage control
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff
• Coordinate with purchasing and stores for quality raw materials
• Handle guest feedback and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain kitchen equipment, SOPs, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with management for strategic planning and events

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of multi-cuisine operations and kitchen management
• Excellent understanding of food cost control and menu engineering
• Ability to handle high-volume operations and multiple outlets
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
