Painter

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paints, coatings, and finishes to buildings and other structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers
• Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures
• Ensure smooth and uniform finishes as per quality standards
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Inspect completed work and make touch-ups where required
• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter (residential/commercial projects preferred)
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting tools
• Ability to work at heights and in different working conditions
• Good attention to detail and finishing quality
• Physically fit and able to handle painting equipment
• Basic understanding of safety practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹40,424.97 per month
