Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Commi 3 – Chapati Maker to support the kitchen team by preparing high-quality chapatis and Indian breads. The role requires maintaining hygiene standards, consistency in preparation, and assisting senior kitchen staff in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare chapatis, rotis, phulkas, and other Indian breads as per standard recipes
• Ensure correct dough preparation, portioning, and cooking techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work station
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
• Assist senior chefs (Commi 1 / Commi 2 / CDP) as required
• Ensure minimal wastage and proper storage of raw materials
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Work efficiently during peak service hours
• Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from the Head Chef

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months to 1 year experience as a Chapati Maker or Commi Chef
• Basic knowledge of Indian bread preparation
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit to stand for long hours

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
