Ensuring standard operating procedure are followed precisely throughout each and every task performed

Monitoring and tracking inventory and ordering it accordingly

Routine grooming check for all the junior staff in kitchen department

Ensuring daily, weekly cleaning procedures

Ensuring proper cleanliness and hygiene policies in working area

Maintain production logs, wastage logs, MOQ sheet, inventory sheets and dispatch note

Monitoring quality and quantity is maintained as per SOP

Have deep menu knowledge, ingredients sense and equipment knowlegde

Practicing FIFO and LIFO methods for stocks

Keeping record for product shelf life and expiry

Must have thorough knowledge of bakery and pastry

Guiding, motivating and training junior chefs as and when required

Communication with other departments for smooth functioning of orders when required

REQUIREMENTS

2+Experience in professional bread making and cafe operation/ cloud kitchen

Degree/Diploma certification in culinary arts

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Quick learner and passionate about cooking and food

Flexibly able to work for extended work hours if required
