Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian DCDP, based in Kerala, India. The South Indian DCDP will be responsible for preparing and cooking South Indian cuisine, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Daily tasks include following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, collaborating with the kitchen team, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and cooking South Indian cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
