Maintenance Supervisor / Executive

You will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the hotel's facilities and equipment as a Hotel Maintenance Executive. This includes managing the maintenance team, overseeing budgets, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Your key duties will involve ensuring the safety of all systems such as Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electrical. You will be required to respond to guest maintenance requests, coordinate with other departments, and manage repairs and renovations to prevent disruptions to a 4-star hotel's operations.
