Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for

    Non-IT and Techno functional hiring (Banking & Finance)

  • Use your knowledge and established network at AMS to develop a sourcing strategy that uses the right channels to attract, and engage with your target audience e.g., LinkedIn or other social media tools.
  • Understand and utilize data to measure the success of your sourcing strategy, review, refine, innovate, and adapt your approach as required
  • Engage with your target audience in a professional and authentic way. Communicate effectively using various channels e.g., email, LinkedIn, social media and over the phone. Expect to headhunt niche talent regularly for specialist hiring needs.
  • Specialist sourcing experience with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive talent..
  • Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter, and in house ATS or CRM technologies.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate profiles to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and fit with the organization.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for the roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing partners to leverage their networks and resources for talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection processes for candidates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to Non- IT Hiring, and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and metrics on sourcing activities, including sourcing channels, candidate engagement, and pipeline status, to stakeholders and management..
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment.
  • Experience in Non-IT hiring for Banking Domain.
