Role Description The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales through a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and agents. The role requires managing relationships, generating leads, and ensuring achievement of sales targets while representing the company’s projects effectively in the market. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and expand a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and agents to generate consistent sales leads. Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement programs to motivate and update channel partners about project offerings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel-driven business. Ensure effective communication of project details (pricing, offers, inventory, USPs) to partners. Organize and participate in broker meets, roadshows, and promotional events to maximize reach. Handle queries from channel partners and support them in client conversions. Work closely with the sales team to track leads, site visits, and closures from the channel network. Maintain updated MIS reports on channel partner performance, leads, and sales pipeline. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies to support business decisions. Qualifications Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Freshers are welcome with passion for real estate 1-2 years of experience in real estate channel sales Proven experience in managing broker networks and driving sales through channels. Exposure to residential and/or commercial project sales preferred.
