Sourcing Specialist

As a Talent Sourcer specializing in statutory audit profiles, you will play a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline by sourcing qualified candidates with expertise in statutory audit. Your efforts will support our recruitment team in filling critical roles efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify potential candidates for statutory audit roles through various channels including job portals, professional networks, social media, and databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified statutory audit professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to find passive and active candidates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and talent market insights related to statutory audit professionals.
• Promote the employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter, preferably in finance, accounting, or audit domains.
• Strong understanding of statutory audit processes and the skills required for audit professionals.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for accounting or audit firms.
• Knowledge of talent market trends within finance and audit sectors.
• Familiarity with HR compliance and confidentiality standards.
