Job Description

As a Sourcing Specialist for the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team, you will be responsible for managing candidates pipelining through sourcing and screening activities for our client. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and identify qualified candidates through various sourcing methods. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Your expertise in the industry and knowledge of talent acquisition best practices will be crucial in identifying top talent for our client's organization.

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for roles.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks,etc.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for IT roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to Information technology talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of candidates, to stakeholders and management.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT roles in banking domain.

® In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.

® Strong understanding of the IT roles, skills, and market trends.

® Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

® Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

® Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

® Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

® Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus.
