Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing procurement efforts, and supporting recruitment processes. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing sourcing data, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, data, and sourcing strategies
Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder interactions and candidate engagement
Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
Recruiting skills to identify, attract, and evaluate top talent
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Additional experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
