Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer who can translate hiring requirements into strong candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of sourcing strategies, attention to detail, and experience identifying and engaging talent—especially through LinkedIn and other B2B talent platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Technical Recruitment: Manage full cycle hiring for IT roles (Entry to Managerial), including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, Boolean/X-ray searches, and internal databases for niche technology skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Full Stack, QA, etc.).
  • ATS & Stakeholder Management: Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit to track candidates, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure role alignment and positive candidate experience.
  • Recruitment Reporting & Compliance: Maintain recruitment metrics like TAT and source effectiveness, ensure documentation and background verification compliance, and support process improvements.


Qualification:

  • 2–3 years in IT Talent Sourcing / Recruitment
