Job Description

· 5+ years 5G RF Design experience, 12+ years overall wireless experience with strong background on RF Radio Planning Theory including Model Tuning, Link Budget Analysis, New Designs, Monte Carlo simulations, FCC Regulatory experience and design tools like Planet, Mapinfo. · Ability to come up with new design guidelines and write / maintain MOPs. Provide technical support to market engineers · Proficiency in 3G/4G/5G cellular technology and NR theory · Expertise in macro, small cell and In-building RF designs, including RF KPIs and link budgets · Experience with EME and FCC reports · Full understanding of 5G NR technology and O-RAN Architecture · Understanding of equipment co-location requirements for multiple operators and experience performing inter-modulation and other external interference analysis. · Familiarity with propagation planning tools like Planet or Atoll · Knowledge of drive test data post-processing and interference analysis · Indepth knowledge of Inbuilding design with iBwave is a plus.
