We are a Gurgaon Based leading Recruitment Partner for various reputed MNCs and Indian Corporates engaged in various Sectors on a PAN India basis for over a decade. Presently we are looking for the Sr. Manager for a very large BPO Client as per the below given details. Please apply in confidences

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales teams in the new business acquisition process.
• Conceptualize and design Solution Strategy, Win Theme, Transformation approach and provide solution for the RFP/RFI response.
• Manage an end-to-end RFP response process within given timelines, including coordinating inputs from multiple teams and ensuring timely submission of proposals.
• Good understanding of pricing models. Should have worked on various pricing models like Fixed fee, transaction pricing, T&M, etc.
• Strong project management skills working on large deals in the financial service industry.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in the IT/ITES industry and the dynamics of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market to develop proposal strategies and improve the competitiveness of the proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
• Experience in managing RFPs/RFIs, bid management, and pricing strategies, specifically within Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management domains.
• Skilled in crafting tailored solutions for proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Experience in developing sales collateral, capability decks, and case studies to support business development and client engagement.

• Able to work under pressure.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint Skills.

• Well acquainted with leveraging open and paid research sources.

Preferred Skills

• MBA preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in proposal writing, with keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management BPO industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with all levels of management.

Pay range and compensation package

Max budget: Rs. 26 LPA
