Responsibilities Excellent Verbal & Written communications skills in German language to connect with Internal & External Customers. Candidate should be able to speak, read and should be able to understand German Language proficiently. Travel domain knowledge including world geography, Europe time zones, city codes travel terminologies is preferred but not mandatory. Should be good in managing / handling customer queries providing quick resolution over calls / chats / E mails. Candidate should be good in providing excellent customer service. Should be good in online websites navigation. Open for rotational shifts & Off days. Candidate should be able to work in UK shifts. Candidate should be good in articulation & comprehension. Qualifications Graduate Minimum of 1 – 2 years of Contact center experience in Travel domain in sales or customer service (preferred) Required Skills Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office software packages Preferred Skills Good Communication (both verbal & written) and Inter personal skills High Customer service orientation Should be Confident, High on Energy and Innovative Should have Target achievement orientation Ability to work as part of a team and contribute towards team goals Pay range and compensation package CTC 8 LPA to 12 LPA Show more Show less
