Interested candidates may directly contact- Ms.Payal Yadav [email protected] 92054 76699 Job Description – STM – Cash Reconciliation Job Title: Senior Team Member (STM) Department: Cash Reconciliation Location: Pune 3-5 years of experience in reconciliation or a related field Job Summary: The Senior Reconciliation Team Member is a critical role within our Reconciliations team, responsible for performing complex reconciliation tasks and ensuring data accuracy. This role involves conducting detailed data analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining comprehensive records of reconciliation activities. The Senior Team Member will work closely with the Team Lead to ensure smooth operations, adherence to reconciliation procedures, and timely completion of tasks. Additionally, this role may involve assisting in training and mentoring junior team members, participating in process improvement initiatives, and providing insights to enhance reconciliation processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reconciliation tools and software. Also responsible for reconciliation of cash breaks at T-2 ageing i.e. on 16-Apr the investigation would start for breaks generated on 14-Apr or the ones generated prior to this date. These breaks would be from Collateral, FX, OTC and Fund Manager departments to be investigated, commented and matched off. Key Responsibilities: Investigation, tagging, commenting and matching reconciliation breaks Investigate Reconciliation Breaks: Identify discrepancies and their causes, Analyze data from various sources Tagging and Commenting: Tag and comment on reconciliation breaks, Keep records up- to-date Matching Breaks: Match reconciliation breaks promptly, Collaborate with departments to resolve issues Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to find trends, Prepare and present reports Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, Provide recommendations for enhancements Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior team members, Share best practices Adherence to Procedures: Follow reconciliation procedures, Ensure compliance with controls and regulations Collaboration and Communication: Work with the Team Lead and team members, Communicate updates and address issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university Experience: 3-5 years of experience in reconciliation or a related field Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reconciliation tools and software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance from a recognized university Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
