We are a Gurgaon Based leading Recruitment Partner for various reputed MNCs and Indian Corporates engaged in various Sectors on a PAN India basis for over a decade. Presently we are looking for the STM – Cash Reconciliation for a very large BPO Client as per the below given details. Please apply in confidence. Tagging and Commenting: Tag and comment on reconciliation breaks, Keep records upto-date Matching Breaks: Match reconciliation breaks promptly, Collaborate with departments to resolve issues Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to find trends, Prepare and present reports Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, Provide recommendations for enhancements Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior team members, Share best practices Adherence to Procedures: Follow reconciliation procedures, Ensure compliance with controls and regulations Collaboration and Communication: Work with the Team Lead and team members, Communicate updates and address issues. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reconciliation tools and software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
