As a Solutions Consultant at Axion Ray, you play a crucial role at the intersection of product development, data analysis, and go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities involve translating intricate customer needs into impactful solutions, creating compelling demonstrations and analyses, and coordinating internal processes to ensure timely and exceptional delivery to clients. Your efforts directly contribute to accelerating deal cycles, fostering adoption, and influencing the direction of our product roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Proactive Delivery Management: Take ownership of the timeline for all client-facing assets, anticipate obstacles, align cross-functional teams, and provide regular updates to leadership. - Requirements & Insight Capture: Convert customer requirements gathered from various sources into clear business and technical specifications for internal teams. - Solution Design & Analytics: Develop models, design interactive dashboards, and transform raw data into actionable insights. - Demo & Collateral Creation: Design customized demos, prototypes, and pitch decks to demonstrate how Axion Ray addresses real-world quality and reliability challenges. - Competitive & Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and produce internal briefings to guide sales strategy. - Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain updated glossaries, playbooks, and knowledge repositories for stakeholders to access methodology, assumptions, and templates. - Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-delivery, measure impact, and provide insights for product enhancements and process improvements. Required Skills & Experience: - Experience: Minimum 13 years in solutions consulting, business intelligence, pre-sales engineering, or related roles. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Sales Analytics, or a relevant field. - Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ability to work under pressure, strong storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences, familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and documentation best practices. - Bonus Points For: Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or quality management domains.
