Solution Consultant

Solutions Consultants are responsible for leading implementation projects to onboard new clients onto a leading Wealth management platform. Working with clients including RIAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks, they are passionate about identifying how platform can unlock significant value for their businesses. They work closely with clients to design and build solutions to meet their needs at any scale. Solutions Consultants have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, are passionate about solving problems, work collaboratively with internal teams, and take ownership of our client's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and complete implementation projects, helping design and onboard new clients on to their instance of the Wealth management platform
• Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to help clients leverage the system to their specific use-cases and requitements
• Effectively set, lead, and communicate expectations both internally and externally

·       Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements, translating them into practical implementation plans.

·       Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to deliver seamless client experiences.

·       Establish best practices for process optimization, data integration, and technical workflows to drive measurable business value.

·       Provide ongoing support and guidance through post-implementation phases to ensure adoption and client success.

·       Provide training and support to end-users on the system and processes

·       Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

·       Identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies

What We’re Looking For

·       5-6 years of experience in financial services consulting or related field, with 2 years of project management experience

·       Familiarity with wealth management domain

·       Proven experience as a Business consultant or Implementation Consultant

·       Experience working with enterprise software, platforms, data-driven systems, or financial technology solutions.

·       Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

·       Ability to lead multiple workstreams while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

·       Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA)

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
