Job Description

Role Overview: You will be supporting the delivery of Procurement projects for new solutions and continuously striving to improve them. Your responsibilities will include participating in Procurement value delivery projects, executing diverse and time-sensitive activities while considering compliance, quality, and efficiency of delivery. Developing business intimacy with project-related stakeholders and strongly focusing on new solution change adoption will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Providing delivery support to new procurement solutions to meet their deliverables - Supporting new procurement solutions implementations - Assisting in new procurement solution design and feasibility - Building data logic (data gathering or reporting) for new procurement solution requirements - Building relationships with stakeholders - Strongly focusing on new procurement solution change adoption and alignment with key stakeholders - Involvement in new procurement solution hypercare and post-go-live maintenance - Understanding Procurement policy and processes - Engaging stakeholders towards new ESG related initiatives and sustainable Procurement ambition - Having knowledge about cross-functional work - Monitoring process adherence across work perimeter and escalating as needed - Identifying, reporting, and participating in process improvements implementation - Seeking procurement solution continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of Procurement projects - Strong knowledge of procurement processes and policies - Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders - Proficiency in data gathering and reporting - Experience in change management processes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Knowledge of new processes and procedures relevant to the function - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment - Proven track record of process improvement implementation - Client-centric approach with professionalism and competence - Ability to provide guidance and share knowledge with junior professionals - Strong focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the Job Description),
