Responsibilities: Conduct on-site installations, configurations, and commissioning of fire systems, PA systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and automation solutions. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Install and wire security and automation devices, including fire detectors, speakers, cameras, access control panels, sensors, and PA systems Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to ensure proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. Provide training to clients and end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Requirements Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Field support Engineer or in a similar role, specifically working with fire systems, PA systems, CCTV, access control, and automation solutions. Proficiency in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, fire suppression systems, and PA systems.

Key Responsibilities: Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate vendors for project and internal needs, with preference for ELV system OEMs. Contract Negotiation: Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs. Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project/site requirements. Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges. Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines. Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities. Qualifications: Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and good communication skills. Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
