You will be responsible for leading medium-complex Procurement projects to deliver defined solutions and continuously improving them. You will participate in/ manage Procurement value delivery projects by executing diverse and time-sensitive activities, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency of delivery. Additionally, you will act as a change agent, developing relationships with project-related stakeholders, and may lead or support other team members in resolving project delivery issues within your procurement solution expertise. In your role, you will supervise Procurement Excellence projects/processes service delivery as per the agreed scope. You will lead procurement medium projects/change management activities to meet their deliverables, support rollouts of defined procurement solutions implementations, and perform procurement data gathering and reporting on a recurring basis. Developing relationships with stakeholders, understanding Procurement policy and processes, providing Procurement-related expertise, and engaging stakeholders towards ESG-related initiatives and sustainable Procurement ambition will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will be expected to monitor process adherence across your work perimeter, propose and execute process improvements, and continuously seek possible enhancements to the procurement processes. As a people manager, you will direct and supervise Procurement Excellence professionals in dispersed or complex environments to foster a collaborative and high-performing team. Driving the adoption of procurement solutions, designing, planning, and delivering projects according to agreed scope and objectives, and performing change impact quantitative evaluation will be crucial tasks. Independently monitoring the defined process delivery, providing support to Procurement Stakeholders requests related to defined deliverables, handling Procurement solution inquiries professionally, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will deliver professional expertise related to defined Procurement processes and policies, drive compliance and ESG-related initiatives, ensure adherence to regulations and laws, and demonstrate a data-centric approach in decision-making processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, enforcing and updating all procurement policies, procedures, and compliance processes, driving process compliance within your work perimeter, and seeking ways to improve Stakeholders/Client satisfaction will be integral parts of your role. You will also address the execution of agreed continuous improvement initiatives based on the business case, thereby contributing to the overall success of the Procurement projects and processes.,

People management is a key aspect of your role, involving effective team leadership, capability development, and employee engagement to meet function objectives. Monitoring team performance, identifying training needs, and arranging internal and external training sessions are essential for the team's growth. Ensuring workplace safety, adherence to IMS standards, compliance with ISO requirements, and contributing to ESG initiatives for environmental compliance and resource efficiency are integral parts of your responsibilities.
