Software Sales Executive

Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demos and sales presentations, managing the sales cycle, and building strong client relationships to contribute to Uplatz's growth trajectory. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. - Conduct product demos, client meetings, and sales presentations to showcase Uplatz's software and platform offerings. - Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and align product value propositions accordingly. - Manage the complete sales funnel from prospecting to deal closure. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report progress to the management team. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales. - Strong knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling techniques. - Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads into long-term clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Familiarity with the IT or technology industry is an added advantage.
