Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Software Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in selling software or IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound/outbound leads.

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable software solutions.

• Deliver product demos and presentations (online and onsite) to prospective clients.

• Prepare and share proposals and quotations, and follow up until closure.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

• Coordinate with the technical/implementation team for smooth onboarding of clients.

• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, reports, and CRM on a regular basis.

• Gather feedback from customers and share inputs for product and process improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/IT will be an added advantage.

• 2–3 years of experience in software/IT solution sales or B2B sales.

• Good understanding of basic software/IT concepts and ability to learn products quickly.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work with targets and handle pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, as required.
