As a Software Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from contacted leads to deal closure with a deep focus on understanding client needs and matching them with our niche software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with possible clients to provide end-to-end solutions - Sell and maintain clients in the specified area - Generate leads through direct sales with clients - Knowledge about selling IT products and services into the Web & with Mobile apps - Reach sales goals and enhance selling opportunities by promoting the organization's solutions - Build and maintain relationships with clients according to their specifications - Demonstrate high-quality English language skills - Conduct conversations through text, video, calls, and face-to-face interactions - Understand client requirements, share projects and presentations, customize solutions, and ensure client satisfaction - Interact regularly with clients and maintain a committed and partnership-based relationship - Manage complex sales solutions efficiently and effectively - Acquire new clients and drive both volume and value for the company - Provide software training and support to clients Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in software/B2B sales, preferably in ERP, inventory, or accounting solutions - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing - Proficiency in English - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Willingness to travel as required Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience selling software to distributors or in the Healthcare sector - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting Please note that the job types available are Full-time, Internship, and Freelance with a contract length of 3 months. Experience in BD is preferred for this role. The preferred work location is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the work will be conducted in person.
