Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) . YouTube Channel Growth: Script, edit, upload, and optimize YouTube content for reach and engagement. AI-Driven Content Creation: Use AI-based video and image generation tools to create and enhance marketing assets. Produce short-form videos, reels, explainer videos, thumbnails, banners, and infographics. Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads . Manage budgets, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. Improve ROI with data-driven targeting and creatives. Creative Design: Create visually appealing and brand-aligned content using professional design and editing software. Analytics & Strategy: Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies for better results. Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, ad formats, and AI content creation innovations. Requirements 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. Proven track record in running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong skills in video editing and animation. Knowledge of YouTube SEO and audience growth strategies.
