We are an innovative skin, beauty & wellness brand headquartered in Pune. We operate an e-commerce platform with multi-brand retail services across India and a signature facial spa (skin studio). We are a dynamic team looking to grow our physical presence and expand to Mumbai & Delhi.


The Content Manager at KOSA is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality content to drive business goals such as increased sales, web traffic, customer engagement, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who can oversee all marketing content, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Strong writing and visual storytelling skills, excellent time management, attention to detail, and solid analytical and communication abilities are essential for success in this role.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Strategy Alignment -

    Develop content strategies supporting both short-term campaigns and long-term brand goals.
  • Cross-Functional Content Planning -

    Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers agencies to shape content tone, style, and structure.
  • Editorial Calendar Management -

    Manage a unified editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Content Creation & SEO Optimization - Conceptualise,

    Produce, edit, and optimize written and visual content for engagement and search visibility.
  • Content Distribution & Channel Management -

    Oversee content deployment across websites, email, and social media to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Contributor & Community Collaboration -

    Build a network of creators and target 50% user-generated content for authenticity and scale.
  • Production Oversight & Creative Direction -

    Lead photo/video shoots, including concept development, scripting, and post-production.
  • Real-Time Content Capture -

    Capture and share dynamic, in-the-moment brand stories.
  • Budgeting & Deliverables Management -

    Manage content budgets and ensure execution aligns with ROI goals.
  • Audience Research & Content Innovation -

    Use audience insights and trends to inform new content ideas.
  • Legal & Compliance Oversight -

    Ensure adherence to copyright, data protection, and platform regulations.
  • Social Media & Marketing Analytics -

    Analyze content performance, social media engagement, and marketing analytics to inform strategy, optimize content, and report on KPIs.


PROFILE

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years in content writing, creation, or management with a publishing house or within a marketing firm within the beauty industry.
  • Industry:

    Preferred background in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. Familiarity with wellness, fitness, skincare, beauty, and lifestyle industries is highly valued.
  • Skills:

    Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and selection.Proficient with multiple content management systems (CMS). Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing.Basic knowledge of design software (considered a bonus)
  • Education:

    Graduation with a specialization in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar relevant fields
