Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and analyzing performance to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, image, video) across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages. Manage and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs), including content creation, list segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm updates to ensure content relevance and platform growth Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly performance reports Stay current with social media trends, tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when applicable Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and drive brand conversations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus Ability to analyze metrics and use data to drive decision-making Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand voice What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance bonuses Creative and collaborative work culture Opportunities for professional growth and development How to Apply: Submit your resume, portfolio/projects and links to social media accounts or content you’ve managed at hr@isolution.in Show more Show less
